Nutrition is a major player when it comes to achieving your desired results. You have probably heard the saying, “YOU CAN’T OUT-TRAIN A BAD DIET”! This is 100% true. You can train like a beast, but if your nutrition is off, you will find yourself going in circles and you will simply not progress. If you are overeating, you will continue to increase and store excess body fat and if you are under-eating, you simply won’t get stronger or put on muscle.
By completing our online Nutrition Analysis we will be able to established where you are currently at with your nutrition. Together, with your specific goals in mind, we will provide a plan, including your personalised Calorie and Macro split, which will give you the tools to achieve these goals. If you follow the plan, you will see how the perfect formula of GOALS + NUTRITION + MOBILITY + MINDSET will start to work like magic.
GOALS + Accountability.
Establishing clear goals, will give you guidance, focus and purpose for what you are doing and where you are going. To avoid plateauing, we want to keep ourselves accountable and maintain momentum towards our desired result.
By setting goals, we want to create new behaviours and habits, which will help us to become disciplined. It is often a perception that motivation is what keeps us going, however, DISCIPLINE is the key to being consistent and showing up!
Once we accomplish goals, we have a sense of self-mastery, which will have a roll on effect of continuing to achieve goals and in turn have a positive effect on our mental health.
By completing of the online Goals Analysis, we will be able to get a grasp of the specific goals you are aiming to achieve. We will provide a Goals Template, Programming, Strategies, and Periodic Check-ins, to allow you to MAKE progress, SEE your progress & ensure you are sticking to the plan.
MOBILITY Program.
Mobility and flexibility is underrated, yet benefits for performance and health are so great. Many movements, including olympic lifts, which are utilised in CrossFit, require great mobility in order to perform them safely and at the same time, progress effectively. Lack of mobility can not only hinder your progress, but also increase your risk of injury.
Put aside being effective in these movements, maintaining great mobility as you age will contribute to you having a better quality of life, by being able to move around and continue all the things you love to do.
Once you have completed our online Mobility Analysis, we will be able to prescribe you programs in the areas that you need to improve. These will be in the form of videos that you can follow along, in your own time. This will include details and instructions on the volume and frequency that you should perform in order the gain the greatest improvement.
